Growing With Google Part 2 - My Favorite Free Chromebook Training Resources

Last week I started my G Suite for Education exploration with 3 free Google training resources to educators and students in this post. Today I wanted to share some of our favorite resources to support Chromebooks. I have a Pixelbook and I love it. It does everything I need and I no longer have a PC laptop or PC desktop at home.

How To Chromebook - Google's new landing page for a collection of videos that can be found on the official Chromebook YouTube. These quick, well-produced videos to help Chromebook owners make the most of their Chromebook experience.

Google for Educators Training Center - Chromebook Course (You will be prompted to sign in with your Google Account.) - Google for Education’s Teacher Center is a free, interactive online platform with a curriculum created by educators for educators. The Chromebook lessons help educators learn how to best take advantage of these devices in your classroom, from basic use and customization to integrating Google tools and services.

Chomebook Help (Sorry no link) - Chromebooks have some great help resources build right into the devices OS. 

Click on the "launcher" circle on the Chromebook shelf and type help in the search box.

Click on the "Get Help" icon and you have access to a searchable set of helpful resources to do just about anything on your Chromebook.

Up next will be some of our favorite Premium Google Trainings and Trainers, followed by some awesome books connected to Google. I'll then share some of our favorite Googly blogs, and I'll try to wrap it all up with some of the Google resources and posts we've created connected to the awesome that is the G Suite. I'll also expect to add a few more post topics connected to Google before this is all done as I explore G Suite.
