I always welcome back my students to the New Year with several activities connected to the events, stories, and trends from the previous year. The goal is to reflect and make connections to our learning experiences.
I will also post our 2022 One Word HyperDoc Activity and our Reboot the Noggin - 2022 New Year's Welcome Back Activity this week. Come back to the blog to explore these activities. Educators are always welcome to copy and modify anything we create to use with their own students.
Today I wanted to share some of the resources I've compiled as I explore the year that was in 2021.
I've always tried to live in the present and live for the future, but I still believe that understanding where we've been can have a big impact on where we will go. While sometimes we focus on the pain we experienced, if we are willing to look we will also find hope and motivation from where we've been. Reflection always matters!
Below is a growing list of 2021 resources.
I will continue to update this list as I discover new resources. Feel free to share any resources or ideas in the comments below. Please come back and check the updates if you are looking for something more over the next couple of weeks.
